"SRS EHR has been wonderful in making us more organized and productive. Our office workflow is much more efficient and both the staff and doctors are happy. It is so convenient to sit at your desk and pull up the chart note when patients call. We speak to the patients immediately and don’t have to put them on hold in order to find a chart and dig through voluminous notes to find the information we need. We’re providing an enhanced level of care to all of our patients.

We have eliminated so many of our charts that we now have a four-person work area that previously housed the charts. It’s very exciting to have more room. And my favorite part: no more little sticky notes all over my desk reminding me to call patients.
