Evan Steele has been the CEO of SRSsoft since the company's inception in 1997. Mr. Steele brings a unique set of talents to SRSsoft.
After graduating business school, Mr. Steele was hired by Citicorp's International Corporate Finance Department where he guided the growth of companies from emerging market countries and raised funds in the international equity and debt markets. Mr. Steele continued his investment banking experience at Bear Stearns, providing advice on mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt offerings to wireless telecommunication companies.
A unique opportunity to reorganize and manage a booming New York City medical practice provided Mr. Steele's entrance into the healthcare industry. In 1997, facing significant problems with chart access and lacking an available, user-friendly paperless office software solution, he created the SRS hybrid EMR, the flagship product of SRSsoft.
Since 1997, Mr. Steele's financial and technical abilities have made SRSsoft the healthcare industry leader in hybrid EMR solutions.
Mr. Steele earned his BS, with honors, from the State University of New York at Albany and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Stobaugh is Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing. He leads all sales and marketing initiatives at SRS and participates in the leadership of the company's strategic direction. Mr. Stobaugh has held senior international positions with Nestle Switzerland, Reuters, and software companies in the financial, legal, and process improvement industries.
Most recently, Mr. Stobaugh was COO at Spotlight Data, an industry leader in the development and implementation of process improvement software. Previously, as President of Tradeware Global, Mr. Stobaugh doubled the revenues of this privately held Wall Street software trading firm. In addition to senior management positions at other software firms, Mr. Stobaugh was Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Reuters Marketing Information Division, General Manager for a division of Nestle Switzerland, and President of a division of DMB&B Advertising.
Mr. Stobaugh earned his BA, with honors, from Tulane University and his MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Callahan brings a breadth of IT management experience to his role as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for SRS. He has developed expertise in operations, sales, and planning in the high tech software and services industry.
Most recently, Mr. Callahan was the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at MediNotes Corporation. He began his career at the Data Services Division of IBM and subsequently held vice president-level positions at Symbol Technologies, J.D. Edwards Enterprise Software (now Oracle Corporation), KPMG Consulting, and Compaq Global Services (now Hewlett-Packard Corporation).
Mr. Callahan's education includes a BA from Marietta College, an LLB from LaSalle University Ext., and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He has been a member of the board of three software companies, and served as a US Naval Officer and Aviator during the Vietnam conflict.
Ms. Litman is Vice President of Human Resources at SRSsoft. She is responsible for recruiting, compensation planning, job design, and documentation. Prior to joining SRS, Ms. Litman was a management consultant for 17 years with the Hay Group, a worldwide human resources consulting firm. In this capacity, Ms. Litman designed and implemented a broad range of human resources effectiveness initiatives for Fortune 500 companies including IBM, AT&T, American Express, and Eastman Kodak.
Ms. Litman earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Mr. Harmonay is the Chief Operating Officer at SRSsoft. He oversees the Implementation, Support, and IT Departments and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.
Prior to joining SRSsoft, Mr. Harmonay held various positions in operations and customer service. Bob has held the position of Director of Customer Support at XpressMD Technologies, a Web-based provider of clinical and operations software to physician practices. He also spent 11 years as Technical Support Manager for Medical Manager Northeast where he was responsible for all technical support departments (totaling 70 employees). Medical Manager is a leading turnkey provider of healthcare information systems.
Mr. Harmonay's professional accomplishments range from integrating the technical support and field service areas of independent software dealerships into regional service departments; development and implementation of multi-location help desk solutions; successful rollout of IT initiatives; and streamlining internal operations to ensure maximum customer service.
Mr. Harmonay received a BA in Communications from Iona College and has more than 15 years experience in the healthcare industry.
Mr. Geretz is responsible for leading development initiatives at SRSsoft. Since joining SRS in early 2003, he has contributed significantly to the initial and ongoing development of the award-winning SRSsoft hybrid EMR, the company's flagship product. Most recently, he presided over the creation of the SRS ePrescribing module, ensuring its certification by Surescripts, so that clients can successfully participate in the government's ePrescribing incentive program.
During his tenure at SRS, he has been instrumental in this department's phenomenal growth rate, managing the highly talented software development team that is in place today. Under Mr. Geretz's direction, development teams consistently deliver robust software products and technology solutions. The broad suite of SRS hybrid EMR products have had direct impact on the company's success and have squarely positioned SRS as a market leader in the arena of clinical workflow process automation.
Mr. Geretz brings to SRS decades of experience in delivering software development services to major corporations for a variety of industries, including insurance, finance, publishing, and eCommerce.
Ms. Scheps is the SRS liaison with government policy makers. Representing the voice of high-performance physicians, she develops strategies to respond effectively to government initiatives. In addition, Ms. Scheps works with the Sales and Marketing teams to communicate how SRS addresses these and the other dynamic issues facing physicians and practice managers.
Ms. Scheps brings to SRS extensive management and consulting experience in the healthcare industry. As a consultant in Booz, Allen, & Hamilton's healthcare practice, she provided strategic planning guidance to the CEOs and boards of hospitals, physician groups, and third party payers. As Director of Operations for CIGNA Healthplan of New Jersey, she contracted and managed the provider network and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of a start-up healthplan. In addition, she was an integral part of the CIGNA/Towers Perrin team that created and implemented the nation's first point-of-service plan, now a standard in the health insurance industry. Other areas of experience include healthcare cost containment initiatives for corporate clients, development of a cardiac care program incorporating centers of excellence, and the design of professional education programs.
Ms. Scheps earned a BA, Magna Cum Laude, from Brandeis University; an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from Boston University; and as a Kaiser Family Foundation Fellow, an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Chapman joined SRSsoft in 2006 and is responsible for managing the talented team of SRS Implementation and Integration Specialists. She and her group coordinate and orchestrate the successful execution of all client software implementations.
Prior to joining SRS, Ms. Chapman enjoyed a 23-year career with Sony Electronics, Inc. She brings diversity to the SRS family with over 20 years of experience in eCommerce, EDI, and supply chain management. At Sony she was responsible for the development and implementation of eCommerce solutions for companies such as Wal-Mart, Target, and Best Buy. As a member of the management team for Sony's company-wide implementation of a new SAP order management platform, Ms. Chapman ensured a smooth transition during the company's relocation to San Diego, CA.
Ms. Chapman earned an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee and is Six Sigma certified.
With over 10 years of business and IT management experience, Mr. Filippini leads SRS project management for onsite technical and workflow consultations as well as hardware procurement. As Chairman of the SRSsoft Technical Advisory Board, he also directs the research and implementation of new technical platforms.
Prior to joining SRS, Mr. Filippini was a network administrator for DataComm Services, Inc., and also served as the technical department supervisor. Previously, he was directly involved in database design and development for the New York Daily News.
Mr. Filippini earned both his BA in Information Technology, with honors, and his MBA from Mount Saint Mary College. He also holds numerous technical certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP)—Enterprise Administrator.
Mr. McCuiston manages enterprise accounts for SRS nationally. Leading strategic initiatives for universities, hospitals, and health systems, Mr. McCuiston delivers extensive knowledge from his deep healthcare experience. With over 23 years of sales experience, Mr. McCuiston excels at building strong customer relationships and delivering results.
Before joining SRS, Mr. McCuiston was involved with a broad array of technology solutions for various healthcare leaders including practice management systems, electronic medical records, EDI, PACS, and clinical document management.
Mr. McCuiston earned his BS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, is a Certified Workflow Specialist, and a member of many state MGMA organizations.
Mr. Earley is responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing emerging market trends, and analyzing business opportunities. He is also accountable for negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and solidifying partner relationships.
For several years, Mr. Earley has been active in advanced Healthcare IT initiatives, earning a distinguished track record of success that includes identifying and implementing strategic tactics to enhance growth. He has also served as a liaison between physicians and technologists, bridging technology gaps with creative, performance-based strategies and execution. Building on 14 years of experience in management, sales, marketing, project management and customer service, Mr. Earley continues to build value for all SRS constituents.
