"Since we have been on SRS, we have not added any IT staff at all. We added four doctors this year and no new IT or support staff. We had nine folks in the medical records department five years ago and since the implementation of SRS we are down to one person; we have either reallocated them to other workstations within our office or just not had to rehire."
