"SRS delivers numerous benefits to both the staff and patients of our pediatric cardiology practice. Most importantly, our physicians now provide an enhanced level of medical care. They have immediate access to critical clinical information from outside the office at any time and “lost charts” no longer exist. All phone calls are recorded in the patient record so that every practitioner has access to a thorough history of the patient’s care. Faxing from within SRS saves a lot of time and makes transmission of clinical information, instantaneous. There is dramatically less time spent documenting and searching charts for information resulting in more time spent focused on the patient during the exam.

Since all our charts are now in digital format, we converted the old chart room to 3 exam rooms, enabling our physicians to see more patients each day. With SRS, our administrative staff spends far less time preparing paperwork for the next day and they have more time to focus on the patients that are in the office. "
