Exhibitor Information
SRS would like to invite you to participate as a sponsor at this year’s User Summit. If you have attended in the past, you know what a great opportunity this is for you to meet with some of the country’s top medical and practice-management professionals.
Last year’s SRS User Summit was a great success, with over 250 attendees coming from thirty states. As always, we are scheduling dedicated time to allow attendees to visit the exhibit hall without missing any educational sessions.
We are inviting exhibitors to join our clients and prospects at the Wednesday night social and/or Thursday evening reception, where we can all meet in a more casual environment.

Exhibitor – $1,800
Networking Reception – $2,500
Tuesday, October 9th at 7:00 PM - Networking Sponsorship includes 5 minutes to address the attendees, sole sponsorship and attending rights, signage at event, prominent placement of logo and company description on website. Please contact Michael for more details if you are interested in this sponsorship.
Badge Sponsor – $1,500
Badge sponsorship includes company logo on badges and prominent placement of logo and company description on website.
Lunch/Breakfast – $500
Signage at breakfast or lunch and logo and company description on website.
Break – $250
Signage at break and logo on website.
Exhibitor level includes: One six-foot skirted table, two chairs, electrical outlet, wireless internet, 2 ½ days to exhibit, admission to the Welcome Reception, company logo in the meeting agenda and email blasts, and meals for two company representatives. Breaks and desserts will be served in Exhibitor area for added traffic. Fee for additional representative: $395 each
