When will I receive my registration confirmation?
A registration confirmation page will appear after credit card payment has been submitted online. An e-mail confirmation should auto-generate and be sent your e-mail address. If you are paying by check, an e-mail confirmation will be sent by Michael Calderon, mcalderon@srssoft.com.

Will SRS provide shuttle service to/from hotels?
SRS will coordinate a shuttle service at a discounted rate from EWR and LGA Airports to the Hilton Woodcliff Lake on October 9th, and back to both airports on October 12th. More information coming soon.

Will wireless Internet access be available?
Yes, the Hilton Woodcliff Lake provides complimentary high-speed wireless internet in all guestrooms and public spaces of the hotel (i.e., lobby, restaurant, bar, meeting foyer space).

What is the cancellation policy?
All registration cancellations must be made online. Refund policy is as follows:

Cancellations made by August 31st will be fully refunded (minus credit card processing fee). |
|
Cancellations made September 1st to October 7th will receive a 50% refund (minus credit card processing fee). |
|
Cancellations made after October 7th are non-refundable. |
Attendees are responsible for airline/hotel reservations. Hotel reservations with the Hilton Woodcliff Lake must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. SRS will not be held responsible for cancellation charges for airline tickets or hotel reservations. May I bring my children to the conference with me?
Children are welcome to join you at the hotel; however the User Summit is a professional, adults-only conference. We cannot accommodate children in the sessions or at the social events.
